Why can't I encrypt (protect) PDFs right now?
Our framework explicitly forbids uploading files to our servers to protect your privacy (Zero-Trace). True 128-bit/256-bit AES encryption is extremely difficult to do efficiently in pure browser JavaScript. We are working on a secure offline solution.
